Lucy Slight & Clint Roberts Review

Interior Design & Renovation

Noor was such a pleasure to work with and understood that this was definitely our first rodeo.

We were really inspired by the art deco meets mid-century style of our 1940s home, so for our kitchen, laundry and bathroom renovation it was really important to us that the character of the era was retained. We wanted the end result to look modern but complement the charm of the house, which is what we fell in love with in the first place. Having no design experience, we created a moodboard for Noor so she could get a sense of our style, but we relied completely on her expertise for the design, layout and planning. From the very first meeting it was clear that she understood exactly what we were after and we knew we were in great hands.

Noor was such a pleasure to work with and understood that this was definitely our first rodeo. She was always happy to discuss details, suggest fittings and make changes as needed throughout the whole process and was great to communicate with both over email and in person. She ended up choosing all our paint colours and helped us track down the perfect fittings, including tapware, tiles and handles. We trusted her immensely and she just really understood exactly what we were looking to achieve with our project.

We would recommend Noor to anyone looking to do a renovation, big or small, and especially to reno amateurs like us who need a real helping hand. We thought working with an architect would be an intimidating process but Noor was anything but. We won’t hesitate to engage her expertise again on any future projects!
