That is because an architecturally designed home is a thoroughly planned and well-designed property. You’ll be the proud owner of a home that is unique in its design (not an off-the-shelf plan) that works perfectly for you, your lifestyle, your family.
At Nala we are not defined by any specific design style or look. We design to your tastes and budget, and we do design for how Kiwis live. We prefer to use standard New Zealand materials and methodology to keep costs manageable.
If you’re subdividing – or thinking about it – get in touch and we can give you ideas of how to best use the land and aspect available. We are experienced working with the Auckland Unitary Plan, gaining resource consent, and liaising with council on your behalf.
