Nala Studio is design-orientated studio, we are committed to working with the client in order to meet their brief and budget. 
The studio is lead by Noor Keary, a registered Architect, garnering over ten years of experience within the industry, with much of her skills focusing on Commercial, Residential, Education and Aged Care. Having graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

We have experience in a variety of projects, ranging from high-end residential, renovations and extensions to commercial and educational projects.

Projects worked on include new bach, new housing developments and major renovations and extensions on existing residential dwellings as well as commercial fit-outs and new commercial projects. 
We also have a good working relationship with larger offices to work with on the larger joint venture projects should we need to.

Residential New Builds

Each new residential project is unique, whether it is a family home or a bach, and we aim to tell a story through our design, with emphasis on the site and clients specific brief and vision.
We approach each new project with the the clients brief and try our best to understand the way they live their lives and use the space to provide them with a design that not only fits their style but is also functional.

Residential Renovations & Extensions

Having worked on a number of those projects over the years we have come to gain a special skill in determining what each clients needs are, listening to their concerns regarding their current home and working with them to come up with a design-based solution that is tailored to their living style as well as their budget, which may mean working through a few options first to get to their final outcome.

Mult-Unit Residential Developments

We have worked alongside clients to provide services such as, site analysis and bulk & location right through to developed design, resource consent and building consent on a variety of projects. 
These projects range from a single site subdivision to a full site development of 5-8 units, working along side town planners to get the best outcome for our clients. 

Interior Fit-outs

We work alongside the clients, taking into account their personal taste and use of space providing interior design solutions for both commercial and residential projects, as well as 3D rendered images to help our clients visualise the space and make informed decisions.
